Post exam recuperation

This exam was really demoralizing, ask anyone in my school... ok, ask anyone in my class about any paper, the reply should sound like "WE ARE ALL DOOOMEEDD" and I have to say I agree with them. So, realizing that the end is near, I picked up my console and spammed as much as I could, to the extent that I found some of the games BORING, heresy I know. Yet as the fated day draws nearer(tomorrow) I can only pray that it would be a christmas miracle, like the one in the simpsons episode #283. Yes, I just made up that number

So 1 month later, lots of things have happened, lots of things haven't. I'm writing this at the start of my SA2 so, yeah, kinda wierd time to start blogging again. Well that wasn't my objective when I decided to write my blog today. Hey, so I'm just giving whatever peeps i have reading this something to actually look at. Yah, nobody likes to read old posts... So rock band has been really cool, did you know there are CHEATS for this game??? yah me neither till yesterday. Anyway I have thus vowed to study harder due to my drastically low scores that would make any sec 5 student cry, and no, I won't be sharing with you my scores. I'm really lazy to blog, its not the end of this blog but I can't really bother to change much about this blog, like the annoying music that keeps playingsomewhere>>>. But on the bright side rock band has got me to be a fan of several more bands in the rock industry, foo fighters, modest mouse, paramore and very few more..... Have to buy a wii internet adapter, so that I can go online and buy new songs XD. well, so much for a big comeback, bye.

Back from the dead, going back there on monday...

So its been almost a... Its been more than a week since I last blogged, believe it or not because I was mugging 5 hours a day, then screwing it up with 1 hour of rock band. I don't get it, if you make a paper harder than its supposed to be, whats the point? You dont get better, you get depressed or worse, retained. And now as the latter of fate draws near to me and the MOE grim reaper bears its intellectual scyth at me, I couldnt care less. Which by the way, makes no sense either. Ok for the next few lines I'm going to end in very horrible singlish(Dat means even people who speak singlish might not understand).
So my many a fan, do not be dafraid, I wilt be bak with e vengence of a gamer. With me army of Heavys and medics I SHALL CONQUER E HOLE OF SINGAPURA!!! Ubin not included hor.

So I haven't been blogging, so sorry to my only fan who comes to my blog everyday, me. So rock band 2 has been kinda nice to play, but still pissed of that the tf2 avery gave me doesn't work on all the computers in my house. The standard of my computers can be easily mixed with the standard of chinese dictionaries, honestly. But ghostbusters game has been really fun to play, its amusing AND fun. Now that's an honest 2 for 1 deal. So since my only fan is tired, im goin out.

Avery loves T-shirts.... Then he gave me tf2(yay) but it lags on my coms(sad face). SO had no choice but to download on my mum's laptop -_-" I know.....

What makes us feel safe? Blogs are an excellent way to open up to cyber-bullying if in the wrong hands. Yet, we blog to update friends and family about what bothers us or what we feel about talking about "secretly".

My B'Day plan

Ok, I spent the last 3 days of not blogging, if you must know, planning my birthday celebratory weekend, and my homework that I'm gonna have to do to make up for the partying....
So, starts with friday the 7th (yah I know, everything has to be early) where I hope to have a good time at school for 2 hours (fat hopes I know) followed by an awsome dinner bouffet with my relatives! That means poker party again YAYYY!!!
Next, Tuesday 8th, Im gonna go out with my best friends from pri sch, the three of us will go to sentosa then to vivocity, then to wherever we want to go, but must be home by 6pm :(. The good part is the fact that I got $250 TO SPEND!!!!!!!!!!!! yayness!!!!
Ok then comes Uber Sunday, 9th August, AAVERY'S HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With church friends and sunday school teachers, rock band and tf2, ITS GONNA BE MORE KICKASS THAN NDP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what to do?

Ok, my birthday is in 8 days time, ok mine and avery's birthday is 8 days from now, and I have no idea what i'm gonna do. It seems like the 2nd year im barely gonna celebrate my birthday, avery's house not included. But nnonetheless, I am feeling as if its not that much of a big deal, i mean, there's a celebration you have waited for like over a year to happen, you have nearly 20 hours of what you planned to do, then the next day you feel miserable cos you wish that day could last forever and the whole cycle repeats itself.
Wait, what am I saying?? Have I really sunken that low? Ok maybe I have but that can only mean that I need a wake up party 5 times more! Actually this year I feel more inclined to the presents, although knowing that I might only recieve 1 from my pri sch friends, 1 from my mom and 1 cake splatter from church friends (note how I say MIGHT) I can't really say I have much to look forward to for the next 2 or 3 years to come. So yes, I am showing minimal signs of deppression and happiness, coexisting together in ways that only God can understand, for my sanity is growing tired as I pour out this load of crap onto the internet, I think I can survive till I die.

I won something! ok maybe the team did..

Today at the F1 thing, the car totally screwed up, no it wasn't because my reaction was too slow, it was cos the wheels kept flying off, we would probably win the award for furthest flying wheels...
BUUUTTTT,all is not lost, for my team got the award for 1st runner up in sponsership and marketing, Yayness.
So that's allI feel like saying for now so im gonna go sleep early. cysa

In front of thousands of people.... ok maybe just A thousand

Ok so for people really following this blog, tomorrow is the day I go in front of about a thousand people to press a button. Yea, I know, pretty epic but someone's gotta do it. What they didn't mention in the consent form is reprisenting a school based on foundations of shit. Yeah, and I got to boast about it? pfft.
So anyway, have to calm whatever nerves are still in my spine and thumb to do what it takes and be a sport. In front of all the other schools, we're screwed and no-thing is gonna change that. SO, if you really want to see me screw up BIG time, come on down to ngee ann poly after school, its gonna be great!

Long overdue

Well considering how I have had little chance these past few days to use my mom's computer, the time given to me on a computer can be said to be nothing less than minimal. I am now officially bored out of my brains. And for those of you wondering "ahh, this guy is just exaggerating, he has an iPhone to play with 24/7, you'd be wrong. I in fact have tution and school homework that unfortunately I need to take responsibility for.
Plus, I got an F1 in school competition that is coming up on wednesday, I'm the driver, all I do is push a button on time. Why must I have the best reflexes? I can't even react fast enough to react to my mom's cooking! Ok, bad example.... So that's the post, be sure to check back in about 2-3 days time with highlights of how I'm not gonna be able to cope with school life(trying journalised endings). So see you then.

The 1K celebration

So many of you must have thought, ahh this guy has died(virtually), might as well go read some blog about gaming. Well guess again, cos I'M BACK!
Anyway I was M.I.A for so long cos I suffered(still suffering) from bad viral infection, had to take tablets the size of ruth's finger nail. Now, about 4 days later, I'm still sick and at 38.3 degrees.
Apart from that, I would like to congradulate myself on recieving 1000 visitors(plus) so far, of course it would not have been possible without you, my dear readers, so bask in the glory of your health and may you never experience what I am going through. Like they always say, the first 1000 are always the hardest.

A Random Post

I just want to keep my rate of posts to be more than once every 5 days if anybody is wondering...
Today my iPhone nearly got confiscated during bio lesson today. I was like so dam bored, I started talking to my classmate online who was sick at home. Then halfway through the period my iPhone ran out of battery so I left it under my table. Next thing I know the teacher's looking at me. I was kinda worried till she said: "why were you reading during my lesson?" uhh -_-".

I noticed how my hit rating has shot up so high recently. Look at it! Since everything happened and all, since my CA1, now it's almost 1000!! Ok so maybe my definition of 'almost' is about 40.....
Maybe I should start something, like a column to discuss about all the stupid things going on in the world... Hey, just a random idea... But seriously, I need to have something to plan about, like a newspaper editorial but no paper. Of course I have no capability to write an award winning composition but hey, at least it isnt chinese..
Oh ya btw, if you don't know by now, my com and laptop have been utterly slaughtered and there is no chance for me to use either one. By slaughtered I of course mean that my mom took away critical components of either device. And so, here I am, somehow secretly using my mom's com, in the heart of the lions den you can say...

eternity = 4

It feels like an ETERNITY since I last blogged, months of cruel work, under tyranny by evil teachers and merciless tutions. And now that I check the last time I blogged, my eternity lasts 4 days.... This is gonna be a very long semester.....
Getting to another point, some of yu vigilant ppl might have realised why I am blogging so early in the morning on a school day. The reason being I have a ear infection thingy in my left ear. I went to doctor liao so got medicine. But right now if you plug your finger in my right ear, I cant hear anything 20 cm away.
So my dear peeps and peepets, if you think skipping school has its advantages, you would be right... but mostly wrong.......

Sudden realization

While slowly pondering what cookie should I choose to eat for breakfast, I came to realise 3 very important, shocking and mind-boggling things that may change my life forever.
1st, the fact that Naomi plays L4D is the shocking part, only to be subsided by the fact she uses cheats..... Ok maybe there's only 2 things.
2nd, I have come to a conclusion that I am more inclined to musical games. No I do not mean musical chairs and playing the recorder, I mean rock band that kind of game. If you do not know, I play FlyingFinger on my handphone, Tap Tap Revenge on my iPhone and Rock Band at avery's house. It pertains more to the tracks rather than the beat I must admit, considering how poorly related the rock band guitar is to a real guitar. I guess its the feeling that you can play one of those legendary songs by pressing a few buttons or in drums case, let there be rock :)
3rd, I do not know what to expect for my birthday. Of course I KNOW it's gonna be something bad and smell like cake, but I don't like to be left in the unknown. You can say that I prefer anticipation to bewilderment.

Mistaken

I think people around me might have the idea that I am a hardcore gamer but i want to correct that statement cos im not. Truth be told, I only have, in this laptop, videoboy advance, lf2 and miniclip. Though I don't think adjustments are needed immediately, I will change the status of this laptop the moment I have the chance. MARK MY WORDS! although that might be impossible cos my mum wont let me....

In a time of need

I need so many things right now, it's becoming extremely stressful. The only things keeping me from drastic measures are this laptop and watching samuel pang tau pok two people at the same time on his own. XD
Don't know HOW I am going to finish the already piling up homework stack(holiday work included) and avery is probably laughing in the distance with his desktop that doesn't know the meaning of lag and far cry 2, plus his rock band and updated songs plus prototype and the fact he can stay up till 2 am............
Sigh, I'm not being envious of anybody here, but my life definately sucks from the schooling point of view...

WANTED: time

A moment to breathe in the midst of going back to school, (HEEAAVVVEEE)
So anyway I got a new massage chair at home, yay, but its not exactly 'relaxing' if you know what I mean. Searching for time, has anybody seen it? Its umm, like what I used to have fun during the holidays....
I know, studies makes me even lamer than usual.....

Ahh, nothing is better than fresh BBQ during the holidayes..
I just came back from my class BBQ, the smell of sausages and black pepper still in my hair, the number of mosquito bites on my arms, all part and parcel of class bonding. Fortunately I did not get dunked as I was cameraman/assistant chef.
Did you know that flipping any piece of food on the pit gives you the rank of assistant chef??

I can't get over the ingenuity of the people who created Tf2. Sure, I might sound a little bit biased for other FPS gamers but think about it. Look at the characters, the voice-overs, the comedic 'meet the ...' series, the creatively funny weapon backgrounds and achievements, ok I feel rather biased now so I'm gonna go play dota to be neutral XD. But very busy later lol, need to go out WHOLE day without computeer. Oh wait now I'm acting like avery...

Seems I'm all set for the last week, got bbq, possible movie, rock band at avery's house, ruth and her project understar, this is gonna be one heck of a bang.

Time travel

I realise time works backwards for me. You know the saying, time goes by so fast when you have fun? Well for me, its the opposite. Take this week for example, That day when I went to avery's house seems to be just now, but it was 2 days ago. I woke up this morning thinking it was the start of school holidays. I thought tomorrow was ruth's semi-final thing. Halo 3 fails seems to have lasted more than 50 episodes but theres only 21. The amount of time I have played tf2 makes me feel like a pro noob camper.
All these examples justify my earlier statement, if not to you then to me. Now if I could only face the fact that time goes faster if I do boring stuff....

Hey yah

Whoo! went to avery's house yesterday, rock on with rock band(lol) !!!!!!!!!!!
Super nice drum set custom made, plus, got to play " here it goes again" so many times, so fun. Then went swimming, yah I know. Was reluctant at first, but got sweet revenge after ruth pushed me in the pool (no phones this time HA). A little bit disgusting but hey, its a mansion.
Stayed in the pool for almost 3 hours, they kept doing backflips and chasing each other around the pool...
Then play rock band again! Ruth vs Avery showdown: RUTH GOT OWNED, no need say one. Then, TF2 !!!!!!! YAYYYYYY. Love using pyro and soldier, spam rockets and flare gun, pewwwwwww.... KABLOOIEE!!!

I hate strawberries, they are so sour and sweet at the same time, disgusting.
I mean, I don't mind the flavour of strawberry or even strawberry ice-cream, but the fruit itself, if you dont have coke or root beer next to you, brush your teeth thorourghly.
Besides, its like chocolate. You love the product but you don't eat the pure coco beans do you? I mean it makes sense doesn't it? Go ahead, call me all the senseless and childish things that make sense to you, my decision is final, strawberries SUCK.

Competition and hard work

Sigh, sigh, more sigh..
Today I was really sian doing ushering, anyway I have to do impossible amounts of holiday homework right now and not feeling good about it.
Yes I do need help.
But unfortunately, I have a competition that requires extensive commitment that I currently lack, DIRE NEED OF HELPPPP.
Up till now I have no idea what I have just typed, oh wait I can just look up.
Very tired, no question about it, worse is that my mum wants me to focus on my work this whole week, no computer whatsoever.
Thank goodness for avery and ruth, some kinda rock band showdown, love to see the look on ruth's face when she realises who she's up against.
Avery should see this blog, he would be very encouraged to pwn ruth.

To cut or not to cut.

I'm just deciding whether I should cut my hair, no biggie.
So anyway, I was looking through my email when I found out that I missed my remedial yesterday -_-" not that I care but the teacher does and so does my mum. So today I'm partially grounded, though I can still use this laptop with highly substandard equipment...... The only way I can watch tv is with my dad, can hide from her LOL.
Lazy to blog so I might drop out for a few days. THis may be my last goodbye so, BYE wow that was so gay.

Need good title names, it really sucks nowadays.
So anyway I'm at home in bed eating porridge on a chair next to me, stupid chair keeps rotating. But nothing much to say, but my dad is at home now, although he has a sore throat so he wont be going to church this sunday.

Why boys don't go shopping

See, this is why normal unacademically gifted boys never go shopping. Its just too boring, the slightest chance I get I'm sprinting to the nearest arcade or any stall pertaining to electronic(no electronic dictionaries).
So as I sit here awaiting my fate, I try to cram in as much virtual killing sprees as I can. HUAT AHHH
Oh but wait, I have not told you why have to go suffer.
It started with YiFang and her ushering thing, fangren did it liao so I thought, ok lor. Next thing I know, she wants me to buy a monkey suit with proper shoes, PROPER SHOES!!!!!!!!!! I'm trying to put the reality of actually wearing that at the back of my head now...
And yes, some helpful encoragement(not to shop) will be dearly appreciated. Girls who are reading this don't even THINK of saying shopping is not that bad. Ruth doesn't count, Pudge is a low intel hero XD

Anyway long story short I decided to keep the ratings up by posting one more post(loL).
So in the news that is 2-5 days old, Singapore has its 1st locally spread H1N1 case. Now I don't know about you, but having E-Learning on the first day of school sounds pretty awsome!! Of course ignoring the danger of highly contagious symptoms, it seems pretty sweet if you ask me.

I guess for most disapointed viewers of my blog, it must be such a letdown to see that I havent blogged in 4 days. Fear not, I have not died unlike my dear friend MJ (3 words, Dead Dead Dead). Anyway, i'm dam happy right now, don't know why.
Could be the fact I got to watch terminator salvation yesterday, could be the fact that 5 of the greatest friends in the world made a picture card, could be that my dad is feeling greaat with morphine, could also be the fact that i'm drinking root beer long forgotten in my fridge.
Anyhow I'm happy. So as I sub-conciously watch the walkthrough of the terminator salvation game, let me tell you one thing that I still need that upsets me.

MEDIC!!!

Sian, I don't want to sound mean and emotionless, but I think its better to visit someone who isn't on sleep-inducing drugs...
So I'm at the hospital with my dad who has to sleep because the doctor wants him to rest. Then my mum said she had work to do, leaving me with this computer of laggyness. I tred to call fang ren over but he doesn't know the way here(big surprise!). Normally I would be fine with my computer, just crank up the media player and listen to dolby digital music from pirated movies, heck maybe even try to break into my school's network.
But so in this unfortunate case, I forgot to bring my earphones.
You know hospitals, 'dont do this', 'dont speak too loud', dont use patient's toilets' etc. So I cant turn on the volume without disturbing the other patients in the ward.

I'm mean, green and extremely clean

Well i guess for most of my friends, you should know this already. But for those who don't, get ready to..... just be prepared...
My dad has been diagnosed with 4th stage cancer, which means that cancer has spread throughout his whole body. He is in hospital now, beside me as I type out this post. He gets spasms from his back(although its better now thanks for praying :) whenever he tries to move and they are really painful.
The good news is that I totally forgot all about my homework and am playing some miniclip game sub-conciously as I spe-, type.
Ok i'm not serious, but i'm watching youtube vids. Maybe I should take some of the morphine to make me sleep?

Umm yah, so now what

Today is the last day of school, yay....
Usually I would be going out with either hui jie to subway or classmates to go lan. This case however, hui jie went to watch night at the museum with other 2F friends, which I already watched on sunday with sunday school.
As for lan, my results aren't exactly top notch........
So now what? I guess more work and less play lor, what else? At least I still have my xbox and marvel ultimate alliance, just lacking one, miniature, tiny piece of entertainment.

Anyway I don't even know where to buy it in the first place, its pretty old so I wouldn't expect any normal game shop to sell it. Unless I'm proven wrong of course.

I found out that Russia invented an anti-anti-air gun on wikipedia, its true!
Ironically, a plane launches this 'specialilised' missile that will be immune to radar and small calibur bullets, therefore exploding its target on impact.
Two problems, 1. its a missile not a gun. 2. why cant they just use a stealth bomber and carpet bomb the entire area???
What's more, they are rumored to have invested half a million US dollars in inventing it.

Yearbook half a year later

I'm just amazed at how wonderful my school is. I mean, today we just recieved LAST YEAR'S yearbook.
Like, we all probably forgot the things that happened at the start of last year. In fact, some of the competitions I participated in last year have surfaced this year and completed........
Nothing much, SUnday is Outing!!!! peace...

Crushing defeat

I got my worst results as the first blow to my numb-skull head today...

SO, today we celebrated priscilla's birthday during sunday school. yes, it was another birthday courtesy of fangren and the birthday crew(ie. mindez, clarissa, jamie, fang qi and jerusha. They helped for three of the birthdays)

Super sad lah, my mum did not let me watch wolverine this week, don't even know if it's still showing next week :((((((((((((((((((((
And of course star trek definately cannot watch, hope to be able to get the pirated dvd's soon :P.

Under the tree, Over the bush, nothing but work

So I'm using my mum's com, very nice vaio desktop. Right now I'm just happy to get to use a computer. Yesterday got to play at fangren's house.
Sure, we studied a bit and "rested" appropriately, but he had this cool psp game, kinda like final fantasy tactics, uber cool game, compared to burnout dominator anyway(not even mine, borrow from fangren). So, now studying A maths, blegh...
Why can't we be tested on specific subjects only? I dont mind having ONLY physics, but chinese and A maths????? xiao xiao liao.
But to take my mind off it, I already started planning my "recovery" phase.
1st. Play Lan on thursday after chinese paper
2nd. Watch Wolverine and Star trek if possible
3rd. Go my friend's house play halo wars and fable 2
4th. in 2 weeks watch night at the museum 2(did not even know it was coming out)
So as you can see, I'm geared up to make the best of the time I have before the exams results come out.

Well now here is the rebut, my friend is tone deaf and she drinks jolly shandy ALMOST as frequent as fangren (no easy feat).
Result: averted senses, loss of money courtesy of jolly shandy (ok, she wasn't drunk), false praises and one heck of a drinking contest. I don't want to continue on because she is probably reading this quietly, like an asassin....
Why am I even writing this...
OH YEAH.... BECAUSE SOMEBODY INVENTED EXAMS AND SOMEBODY TOLD IT TO BE NOW...........

B.O.O.M but no headshot?

Today, my senior rebels in Maris Stella made a near futile attempt to combat against our school's canteen vendors. I'm serious about this, it is seriously very unhealthy! They sell scrambled eggs from the freezer and microwave it for 1 min. They had cockroaches in their noodles and weevils in the rice. I'm not joking here....
So anyway they tried to boycott the school by asking all the upper sec to bring their own food from home. Not what you might call successful......
About 5 classes or less responded with "free" snacks for the rest of their peers, generally the "free" term attracted them and in the end, the majority of upper sec still ate the horrible canteen food..... I mean, the teachers didn't even SEE the difference.... At least the canteen aunties are smarter....... They asked why we were doing it and obviously dissaproved because they weren't gonna make profit this way.
If you don't know, our prinicipal is retarded, he can only do 5 things properly:
1. Wave at the students
2. Shake hands only with V.I.Ps
3. Recieve anything worth something (ie. medals, trophys, donations...)
4. Make himself look important (NOT)
5. Polish is bald head till I can see my reflection
Anyway the vice-principal usually does all the feedback and other "unimportant" stuff. That loser can't even answer simple questions......
Student A: "Sir, why can't we bring handphones to school while ALL the lower secs can bring their macs (macbooks) and access internet free??"
Vice-Principal: "I will look into the matter... (I'm too important to listen, I'm VICE eh, Don't play play hor)"
Student B: "Mr idiot, why can't you get REAL vendors instead of a catering company??"
Vice-Principle: "We are trying to get ppl but with no success.... (EH, u think money grow on trees ar? School need money lar, how can the teachers survive without our coffee, how can I, THE VICE-PRINCIPAL, live without my daily taxi fare income)." (yes he takes a taxi to school)
Student C: "Oi cher, why no air-con in the hall but got air-con in the most useless part of the school where nobody goes??( school gallery with no-thing inside)
Vice-Principle: "It costs too much to put glass around the hall to seal... (OI, Gallery is IMPOTANT OK??? Our guests will come, see our BEAUTIFUL room and make donations and we will get ALL THE MONEY TO OURSELVES MUHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA)

Evilness from 1-5

When I talk about my school, I always talk about the negative, saying their food sucks(true), the facilities remind me of an indian homeless shelter(truer), we have the most number of useless teachers and principals in the school(truest).
But I'm gonna talk about 1, ok maybe 2 good things that are coming up.
1st, the sec 4s in my school are rallying up against bad school food, seriously. Even the P.E teachers say its not good for us! So on monday, we are STRONGLY encouraged to bring our own food. Tyranny is strong in Maris Stella, so we are going to prove that rebellion is just as strong.
For you peeps from my school who are reading this, you better do it.

The shock of thunder

Before I start my time wasting it on typing this, would like to direct your attention to the bottom of the screen, not now, let me finish. The song is called "The shock of lightning" by Oasis, some popular british rock band, and i Love the song!
Now, with nothing left to do on my homework list(exept chinese) I can start playing.
There seems to be a relationship between the nearing of exams and computer usage. "They are linearly related" my maths teacher would say.
Even as I indulge in the somewhat transparent joy of using my fingers to produce language, my mom is probably listening on the wall in case I start playing music.
Did I mention how much I love headphones :E

Why must chinese be in chinese

CHinese sucks, I'm sure you know. WHY! Why must it be? Can't chinese be like english? Malay at least uses english letters! China people are another thing, monday our class got pwned in inter-class handball tournament by Chinese nationals.
You must be wondering, "Ask for age limit lar!"
Teacher said:" WHat talking you, they are all ordinary whad!"
Yea, if you can look past their DAM BLOODY BIG BRAINS!!!!! Their freaking chairman was taller than me!!!!! So I was the goalkeeper since the goal wasn't as big as a soccer goal post(if it was we would be finished even faster). Bloody chinaman jumped high in the air and ZHOOM. I look behind me and the ball was just sitting there.
Of course I attempted to save it, but he threw it like it was aimed at my principal's bald head.........

root of all problems

Have I discovered a new meaning to study? Has my life been changed forever? Am I going to stop blogging? Am I spoiling my computer? Will my mum catch me doing this?
In life, we have many unanswered questions, and for every one, there is always a prefered answer. It doesn't matter if you don't know how to do what, or why to do when. All things end with fortunate and unfortunate results.
Take this morning for example where my camera acted up and missed valuable shots of uber tau pok. The silver lining is, I still got videos and photos :)
Thus may seem unrelated as I am currently drinking a can of root beer(HIGH) so for the sake of all those smart people reading this, I will stop writing......................................... now

20th April, Official TAU POK day

Today on the 20th of April, schools all over singapore(well mine at least) celebrate the one team-building exercise that most P.E teachers tend to ignore: TAU POK!!!!
Yes, today after P.E, we did a "marathon" by tau poking 2 classes and about 12 people(two people twice). It was smiles all around, well exept for the tau pokie(new word: means the person who gets tau pok :) Anyway, it was a lucky break cause our teacher wasn't here. But tomorrow, there will be an ameteur "Class Photo". If you don't get it you must bbe dumber than me (*Gasp!*) Uploading photos and vids on facebook, the last time I tried it here, my com turned into a microwave oven

Thankful

This morning I woke up and felt different, not like I'm taller or anything..
But I actually feel thankful for my school. Madness, I'm sure, but I just have unforeseeable reasons. I'm thankful for friends, wonderful friends who repel my times of loneliness and misery. School friends especially, for making life at maris stella high school better than miserable. My old primary school friends, I don't think any of you gyes are reading this, but I just want to say thanks for the memories in what used to make me love school. Well, primary school.....
Enough of emotional talk, now I'm prepared to go youth alpha :) today.
I downloaded "yo momma" on my iPhone and ruth is "dying" to see it. Hope she isn't too dissapointed........

One big melody

Getting the chance to use the comp makes me feel how fortunate I am to even HAVE a laptop. NOOO just joking, anyway thats what my mum wants me to feel.
Ruth kinda left me in the dark when she said "I need to use your guitar clamp. Don't you dare ask me why and be a kpo or I will turn in to pudge the bootcher and hook you. AHhhh, fresh meat....." Then she told me to wish her luck for her auditions. At this point I can only think of 4 most possible reasons:

1. Ruth forgot that project superstar audition has ended and can't accept reality.
2. Ruth thinks Singapore Idol auditions have started and went to queue somewhere so that when its her birthday and they actually start auditions, she will be the first one there to camwhore in front of Singapore.{unlikely}
3. Ruth is going for a school competition that will promote youths to play guitar properly. HEY I WASN'T INVITED!!!!!!
4. {Most possible of all} Ruth turns into pudge and rots its guitar and adds it to his flesh heap(I don't know why she needs the guitar clamp)

So 4 valid reasons for a not so reasonable girl.(I suck at endings, my teacher told me at oral exam)

I tell myself everyday I can't sing. But few people around me say I can. I hope they are partially deaf or mentally challenged. I prefer the latter....

Back in Pink

In my leave of absence from this forsaken laptop, it seems a lot has not been heard. Let me start with the topic of school.
For few avid viewers of my blog, you would remember I posted a link to a guy who blogged about the school's bountiful bad points. Well now he is back with his new blog appropriately called:http://wewanthpsallowed.blogspot.com/
For some others who don't know, my school is possibly the only school in the world that does not permit the bringing of handphones. Rediculous? Absolutely. Sensical? Madness.
Point is, we students give sensible reasons. What does the school do? Overlook, Don care, Forget, Rebutt.
Don't get me wrong here, I'm not being one-sided and complaining just because its MARIS STELLA after all. I'm just giving you a short form of the long complicated answer he writes in the blog, be prepared....

The letter

Letter writing. Most of us should be familiar with the situational writing skill (if you are not, then you are probably aged 13 or less so dont read).
Anyway, teacher ask us write letter, says can use computer send her email also can. Now I'm 3 days late and still donno what to do... Haven't do in a long time lah, don't blame me.....
So now I'm writing my "letter" in hope of getting some well needed inspiration.... As if that will ever happen......

Scout a bit vulgar but he's from New York so that's quite understandable. He moves fast and can double-jump, but he only has a 'scatter' gun and a mini pistol. Not much of a war horse, but should do the trick for hit and run tactics or capture the flag :)

I am a mini fan of star wars, I watched all the movies, I know who Darth Vader really is, I even know who is Darth Vader's apprentice. But the force is strong with Luke Skywalker..................
Totally unrelated by the way, I'm just happy its SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!! The 3rd best day in the entire week, 3rd because you have to finish your weekend homework for about an hour or more.. After that? WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Great Friday

Today is Good Friday, very symbolic for christians all over the world.......
But I think that it should be Great Friday. Who can ask for more? A friday and a holiday AND symbolic, all on the same day!!!!
Today finally got to play Gunz at fang rens house in 3 weeks!!!! but only played 3 games......... He thinks Call of Duty 4: morden warfare is the best game in the world.... Obviously Gunz is far superior... can soldiers slash jump? Can soldiers hold 2 pistols and submachine guns?? Can soldiers use dual katanas?? Hmph, I rather call it Cog of Doody 4: Bordem Peefare....
Seems to suit the gameplay alot.

15 Reasons I hate chinese

CHINESEEEEEEEEEEEE SUCKS!!!! Wa piang leh, let megive you a brief history on my hating of chinese. ahem
In primary 3 I failed chinese until now, yes, every single test, assignment, ting xie, zuo wen(omg am i speaking chinese) up till now I have failed over 20 examination papers. If that wasn't bad enough, it caused me to have a whole different kind of hatred for things chinese. Let me list down the 15 reasons:

3. hate chinese TUTION teachers
4. hate chinese tv shows
5. hate chinese movies(exept english translated ones with jackie chan inside)

What do you know, 15 years old(almost) and 15 chinese things i hate. I am not totally objective against all things chinese, I like chinese holidays, chinese food(depends)............. cant think of any more....
Tomorrow is GOOD FRIDAY!!!!. Should be GREAT friday cause its a holiday AND its FRIDAY on the same day!!!! Pure joy... Of course its very symbolic for us christians and catholics all over the world, but hey, im still a 'kid'. I deserve some good R&R once in a while :)

Anti-homework

Today during english, the teacher was so boring, I finally got the chance to sleep when she told us to do comprehension..... I drew a prototype for the future. Maybe one of my greatly smarter friends can become the CEO of a major company, then I can be the long forgotten loner who failed everything and became a beggar...... So anyway, its an invention I would like to call the TERMINATOR-for homework only. Its a simple concept really, teacher gives homework > you hate doing the homework > give homework to the terminator(trademark) > terminator scans... > scanning..... > poof > using specific algorithms and analysers for each specific subject( most importantly CHINESE) the terminator calculates the reasonable answers and prints it as per your suited handwriting style. And, if you want to keep it real, you can set it to "moderate" and some questions will be answered wrong on purpose. I can already smell the money flowing into my somewhat empty pockets (batteries not included).
STILL WANT TF2!!!!!!!!!!! "If I were a bad demoman, I WOULDN'T BE SITTING HERE DISCUSSING IT WITH YOU NOW WOULD I???"
Makes me laugh everytime..... and the trademark after-kill-phrase:
"Looks like they gonna have to glue you back together... IN HELL!" demoman is from scotland, if you can imagine the accent, I bet my textbooks you would be grinning right now :E

GEEK

Biology always struck me as a subject of little learning. Sure, there might be some knowledge somewhere but the general way to pass it in my opinion is pure memorizing revision of notes. Now, I may not have the results to support that statement, but its clearly a relief to realise that......
I WANT TF2!!!! Such a nice game, kinda like CS but without buying guns. There are 9 characters: The soldier, the sniper, the heavy(weapons gye), the engineer, the demoman(explosives), the spy, the scout, the flamethrower guy? and the medic. Such a nice set of troopers :) Like quoting what they might say, they come from all over the world. Like the sniper is from Austrailia. He would say "BOOM, headshot". Ok, maybe it doesn't really represent where he is from, but you gotta love the aussie accent(imagine it)

Sometimes I don't know what I'm doing, sometimes I do and it always turns out badly. I can't stop using the computer, but I know what I'm trying to do. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Falling asleep, stupid lessons were so boring I had to stay awake..............
Nothing makes sense, but then again senses make themselves tangible to us. We don't choose our actions but actions tell of our choices in life...............

200 viewers and decreasing

I have this strange feeling, its something like deja vu but i'm not predicting the future or anything.... I don't know whether its because I write too much or people are jealous that I can write so often(HIGHLY DOUBT IT) but either way, my viewers have cut me off their "Favourties" list and I would probably be lucky to get 5 or more hits. Starting to feel like taking off that stupid counter, or reseting it. Makes me feel like nobody is reading.... Well exept for you guys reading this who probably have nothing better to do. I thank you for spending the few seconds reading my blog for 2-3 viewers a day is better than 0.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the day that we have all waited for 5-7 days is finally here, FRRRIIIIIIDDDAAAAAYYYY! Honestly, what would we be without the most refreshing day of the entire week( sundays not included) FRIDAY: last day of school and most work, starting of the weekends, NEVER HAVING TO SEE ANOTHER TEACHER(not tution teachers) FOR ALMOST 48 HOURS WHOOOOOOOO!
Now if you don't mind I wish to utilize those 48 hours fully.

You sing , I dance and We all steal things

Nobody is perfect (especially me) but I don't know why my guitar sounds so funny all of a sudden. I was practicing while watching a vid on my laptop when I realised something was wrong with my guitar. At first I thought it was just bad tuning, but the whole string was bad, no matter how I tuned it.... SO, I haven't touched my guitar in almost 20 hours.... OMG OMG OMG OMG.......... no la jking. anyway I was thinking of performing for teachers day but then I came to my senses... WHY SHOULD I BE DOING ANYTHING FOR TEACHERS WHO GIVE ME CHINESE HOMEWORK???????

(April) FOOLS DAY

It has been tradition that every ear on the 1st of april, someone has to be tricked on a non-public holiday. Stupid PAP with non holiday april fools......
I have always blamed the government for almost everything that goes wrong with my life.. WHO let the principal build the school? Government. WHO invented PSLE?? Government. WHO makes us go NS against our will? Government. WHO raised gst to 7%??? Government. I rest my case

Ears only

Well obviously my blog has degraded from 5 hits per day to 0 hits per day. well I guess the laptop can also be a good person to talk to.,,.... Hi what sup laptop, still laggy? well I can't help it since its ALL YOUR BLOODY FAULT!
Anyway, incredibly I have 1 person requesting a long story that happend 23 hours ago..... oh ya its about why I stopped my guitar lessons...

It started when I was going to guitar lessons at a secret location when the teacher said ok, today I want you to practice playing some maroon 5 songs... At first i was saying "haha very funny" but he never laughed and started going 'mad' "WHAT THE?? MAROON 5??? WHO YOU THINK I AM????" So then he told me to calm down, and said I don't expect you to sing duh, it will cause the other students next door to explode their superiorly smart brains all over the place and the windows will break, I WILL LOSE MY JOB!!!!(Direct English- Marcus Language translation) So I relaxed for another 5 seconds when he says Oh ya btw you need to buy an electric guitar to play... Then my shouting began agian.... fastforwarding to his explanation, he wants me not only to finish my accoustic guitar training.. he wants to give me the whole package!!! Bass, Electric, Electric accoustic..... ELECTRIC GUITAR SO EXPENSIVE HOW HE EXPECT ME TO BUY??? I am beginning to use my laptop more often as it gives me time to use facebook and obviously blogs ore often.

So I'm watching tv while my mum is sleeping and I have no choice but to use my laggy laptop of death to blog. Then I remembered that they were showing eragon on tv so I decided to watch since the trilogy is THE BEST BOOK SERIES EVER!!!!!
So I can't play much now that my mum doesn't go out as often as she used to............ Well at least I can use a computer right?? right????

This morning I got up at 9 and realised my mum went out for shopping. I should have woken up earlier...... So I started off with doing my chinese homework (chinese tution in an hour) I actually didn't plan on doing it but I was scared later the teacher call my parents.(shiver)
Played alittle gunz and found out I'm E-style player.......

Run and don't look back

Today I ran along with the entire school in the maris stella "cross country" run.
I thought cross countries were longer than 4.8km but anyway there was no reason for running whatsoever.... Just empty CIP points...
Again I must specify how much I have to go through just to type a few sentences.... sneaking about is getting harder already.... So I woke up at about 6 am to say I was 'doing hw' until about 8 am I stopped playing to get some work done.
By 930 I didnt do a single thing other than listening to useless podcasts..
10 am: here i am blogging cause I don't feel like starting yet. Maybe I'll play another round of Gunz and show you the videos :)

I managed to sneak one post in cause my mum is sick and she's sleeping now(quite a bad thing, yet so good)

News from school: The creater of the school rebellion blog actually shouted at one of the indian workers who was working on putting cement pavements in replacement for the clean(yes clean) grass. I quote:"WASTE MONEY, KILL GRASS!! THE SCHOOL REALLY KNOWS HOW TO WASTE MONEY LOR!!!!"
I tell you that was in my mind for a catchphrase...
Sadly I need to run(literally) for my school X-cross country this friday. It serves totally no purpose, no charity, no money, no welcome greeting. okay so there is a medal but there is no reason at all....
I also need to run now(not literal) cause I think my mum is waking up !!!!!!!!

My elongated weekend is over

What is over? oh right the holidays. You know I can't find a better excuse for teachers to make us suffer and enjoy themselves at the same time than the march and september "holidays"


Obviously the Government of Singapore is stupid enough... oh wait make that the government AND MOE give the term holiday to 1 puny week of nothingness and homework.


Honestly lah, what kind of holiday is spent 90% of the time doing homework??? There's just too much homework. What do teachers say? "Oh, you have 2 weekends to do it while we go to Batam resort for 3 days so we can have a very SERIOUS meeting for the school." Sigh/..

Two minutes later he was busted for carrying 3 litres of jolly shandy.

Payback

Ok, I have a reason for blogging a bit later in the night, cause i was out fixing my phone at parkway today.
So apparently, when my phones entered the water, there was water corrosion due to the chlorine in the pool. It will still work though, but not for much longer... in other words the phone was busted, no money back.
Then my mum acted as if nothing happened on sunday and said: "marcus you want a new phone?" I was like Huhhh?? then I realised from experience to take the offer before its gone. So anyway I got this cheap phone for $150(ok not so cheap) and my SIM card still works !!
Oh yeah and my iphone has to go to COMS centre in Jurong or Hougang or somewhere far just so they can open it......
SO, coming up with the total score that ruth owes me: iphone(600)+ now broken nokia without SIM card(200)+ money that I dont know where I got this value from(200)= $1000!!!!!!
But my mum is maaking me pay 300 so its reduced to $700 !!!!!!! ISNT THAT AMAZING??

I won't worry my life away, oh no not me no, never not today...

I must really thank God today, cause for the second time my mum has to go out and my dad is sleeping AGAIN. I don't even know if I should be wasting my time blogging now or chionging my xbox and gunz :)
I'm listening to the remedy now and I only now realise the lyrics mean much more than I thought T.T
The chorus is"I won't worry my life away, hey, oh woh no no..." Its sketchy I know, but honestly lah, I don't have to worry about my homework...
Ok maybe I do but that's not the point. I don't have to worry over every little thing that comes up, every small little maths problem I have, or the huge problem of F9 for chinese...

D-Day

Well, the day I feared has maybe come. ie. my mum finally told me to keep everything and shut down the com...
Well the only way i'm talking now is that she went out and my dad is sleeping (lol)
As the posts get fewer and my tagboard gets(is already) dried up more than the sand in the sahara desert..
I would like to point out also that because of me getting pushed into the pool on sunday, I now have the flu and duuring the holidays some more.. Couldn't have picked a better time to do it huh? In other news, my holiday homework is catching up with me and I hope to finish it all in the next three days.... I'm never gonna complete my homework......

Freshness factor five thousand

The holidays started with loads of fun, now its continuing horribly..
I actually woke up at around 9, but my mum made me do maths for 2 hours!!?!?!?
So tired, barely have the strength to play anything......
But on the bright side, I found 2 things today that makes me feel better

Busyness

This holiday I'm on full drive man, my whole week has been planned out for maximum enjoyment so I'm pumped to begin!!
Today I'm probably gonna sleep more cause I slept around 2 am on saturday and 12am on sunday and I still haven't recovered from all that rock band at avery's house..
As usual, I can't find the time to do my holiday hw during the holidays so i'm hopefully gonna ignore it and get back on the track of FREEEDOM
..........

MY PHONES ARE SCREWED

Well, I played with fire and got burned real bad..
Ironically its the opposite of fire and i did not get burned i got soaked...
So thats the reason I'm writing this at night so hear my long story that was edited 3 times....

It was cold and dark at avery's house. He wanted us to swim but there were too many complications so we just sat around the pool. I was wearing my jeans and shirt from this morning but I didn't really care, we were in a rich boy's mansion. Then we started toying with the idea of throwing ruth into the pool, avery threw me a squirt gun. Just as I was reloading to get a shot, she backstabbed me and I went down into the pool. I was in trouble alright, my phoneS were in my pocket at the time but I didn't care, I just wanted sweet revenge. A few minutes later, I realised the damage and got the phones inside the house. The girls applied first aid but it wasn't enough for the stupid nokia and iphones (stupid low quality unwaterproof..).
So long story short, my phones are screwed, anybody who wants to sms me is gonna have a hard time, and my mum is still shoutng at me... To all my friends out therr (exept ruth) I hope this doesn't happen to you. Then again most of my friends carry sony erricsons, damit....

Into the lair of the hello kitty

Well, my computer is still running, thats a good sign.....
And today i'm going over to my frens house to play xbox 360(yayness)
and of course with xbox, there is rock band..
my fren is a super rock band and hello kitty(random?) fanatic, so i'm gonna sleep over 2nite for maximum enjoyment :) Tomorow there is going to be a small partey with the rest of my sunday school frens(i know u are reading this), but unfortunately it is very poorley planned so its all original and unplanned(is that good?)
Of course where there is holiday fun, there is horrible homework..
I have to do like, 30++ maths sums?!?!?? and physics and bio and chem and chinese(CHINESE?!?!!)
well, fun only lasts for so long..

I'm cornered

True to the title name, I am cornered with no way out.
My mother has restricted computer use(thankfully not permanent)
My teachers are shutting down(going bintan for a "Teacher get together" liars..)
My computer is acting up(took half an hour to load this page)
And Last but not least my tution teachers are getting pissed off with my lousy scores. My life is crumbling down, hanging together by little more than a toenail(toenail?), its very dark and gloomy for my future and I don't know what to do...(adapted from some super-korean drama)
Anyway on to some happier news, the ice cream man outside my school is probably staying as the reasons given by PARENTS to kick him out were not valid(HA).
Oh and by the way, if you haven't noticed by now, the blog link that i posted earlier down there is closed down cause the school is too shameful to let someone post all the crappy things about it that they won't admit(My reason). But another point of good news is that the school canteen caterers are finally leaving next term( HAHHAHAHHHAHHAHHAAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAAHAAHHAHA)
and its the holidays!( HAHHAHHHAHHAAHHAHHAHHAHAHHAHHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHHAHHAHAHA)
Anyways, wishing the extremely few viewers I have thankfully, happy holidays and I sure hope your holidays aren't 10x better than mine because that would be very bad.

Cause our time is so short

Well, my days are numbered. My exam results are bad and I will be grounded from bloging or using any technology for a few weeks.

Voicing out against the school

So here's a little bit more I'd like to talk about my wonderful school,
1) It is old
2) It sucks
3) I hate it
4) Canteen food sucks
5) The school has so few CCA
6) The school is biased, preferably to the band boys(who get 10k++ per month i heard)
7) The school vending machines sell nothing but diluted 100plus at 50 cents
8) We can't bring handphones
9) Some of our teachers are younger than the school
10) The only good thing about my school is the ice-cream man outside the school
About the ice-cream man, the school is now trying to chase him away, THEY SHALL PAY
Anyway someone from our school is sensible enough to make a blog consisting of his ever present battle for justice.
